Role Summary
Responsible for managing strategic key accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term partnerships.
The role focuses on maximizing client value, leading account strategies, and ensuring high-quality client experience in a dynamic environment.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 5–7 years in account management or business development.
- Experience with key or strategic accounts.
- Experience with government or large clients is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong account management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic key accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans.
- Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor opportunities and support proposal development.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and renewals.
- Prepare reports on account performance and opportunities.
