About This Role

About This Role We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the KSA market. This role is focused on hunting—identifying opportunities, building pipeline, and closing enterprise deals across loyalty and rewards solutions.

You’ll work closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market plans, engage senior stakeholders, and bring new customers onto the Xoxoday platform. This role is suited for someone who is comfortable operating independently, managing complex sales cycles, and building strong relationships in the region.

What You’ll Do New Business & Pipeline Generation Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries in KSA

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, and referrals

Define and prioritize target accounts and market segments within the territory

Sales Strategy & Execution Plan and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regional goals

Develop territory-level sales plans and maintain forecast visibility

Drive consistent progress across all stages of the sales cycle

Deal Management & Closure Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract closure

Conduct product presentations and solution discussions with stakeholders

Prepare proposals and manage commercial negotiations to close deals

Partner & Ecosystem Development Identify and onboard reseller or partner relationships to expand market reach

Work with partners to drive joint opportunities and pipeline growth

Stakeholder & Account Engagement Build relationships with senior decision-makers across client organizations

Collaborate with internal teams including product, customer success, and delivery to support deal progression

Sales Operations & Governance Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and updates in CRM systems

Manage RFP responses, vendor registrations, and bid submissions

Follow defined sales processes and reporting cadences

What We’re Looking For 10–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on new business acquisition

Proven track record of selling software or solutions in the KSA market

Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise deals

Strong understanding of the regional market and customer landscape

Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders

Experience in consultative selling and complex deal management

Fluency in English and Arabic

Nice to Have Experience in loyalty, rewards, or incentives solutions

Exposure to enterprise SaaS or platform-based offerings

MBA or equivalent business qualification
