Rixos Al Mairid seeks a Pool & Beach Attendant to maintain clean, safe, organized pool and beach areas and provide a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with seating, towels, umbrellas, and amenities.
- Monitor safety and hotel-policy compliance; promptly report hazards and emergencies.
- Clean and organize pool decks, beaches, lounge chairs, and recreational facilities.
- Distribute and collect towels, track inventory, and maintain clean towel availability.
- Arrange loungers, umbrellas, cabanas, and other furniture to guest needs and property standards.
- Report water-quality concerns to support appropriate chemical balance and hygiene.
- Check equipment condition and report damage or maintenance needs.
- Follow lost-and-found procedures for guest belongings.
- Coordinate service with lifeguards, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams.
- Encourage waste reduction, less plastic use, and water conservation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous hospitality, recreation, or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Able to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods outdoors.
- Friendly and professional, with communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to collaborate with recreation, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and hospitality standards.
