Position Outline

The Senior Sales Manager – Long Stay is responsible for driving revenue growth in the long-stay and extended-stay segment.

This includes developing strategic sales plans, securing new business, maintaining key client relationships, and ensuring high occupancy and profitability in the long-stay segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies specifically targeting long-stay and extended-stay clients.
  • Identify and pursue new corporate, government, and business accounts.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and revenue.
  • Coordinate with reservations, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, monitoring KPIs for the segment.
  • Represent the hotel at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Travel locally within UAE to meet clients, with a valid UAE driving license and own car.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with 5-star hotels.
  • Proven track record in the long-stay or extended-stay segment.
  • Experience managing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE hospitality market and corporate clients.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car for client visits.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets.
