We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to meet and exceed MOZN s revenue and growth targets. Your primary focus will be driving sales performance, improving key sales KPIs and metrics, and managing strategic enterprise accounts across Telecommunications, Media, Tourism & Entertainment, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution (MRD), Non-Government Healthcare, Semi-Government Organizations, Transportation, Utilities, and Education sectors.
What You'Ll Do
- Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed sales targets across enterprise sectors, including Telecommunications, Media, Tourism & Entertainment, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution (MRD), Non-Government Healthcare, Semi-Government Organizations, Transportation, Utilities and Education .
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's AI product roadmap and market expansion goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, channel and product teams to ensure cohesive market engagement.
- Forecast, monitor, and report on sales performance, pipeline health and market dynamics.
- Provide support to the Business Development team during the sales process, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve exceptional results.
- Identify and prioritize key opportunities for AI adoption across enterprise sectors, including digital transformation, operational efficiency, customer experience, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, business leaders, and decision-makers across enterprise organizations.
- Drive partnerships and alliances with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology vendors to accelerate market penetration.
- Negotiate and close large-scale enterprise deals involving complex stakeholder environments and procurement processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a results-driven sales team specialized in enterprise accounts.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Support career development and succession planning within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
