- The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales activities, driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
- This role requires a highly motivated commercial professional capable of managing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s overall market expansion strategy.
- The role combines strategic planning, sales leadership, account development, and team collaboration to maximize profitability and strengthen the company’s position in the market.

- **What Will You Do?**
- · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- · Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- · Manage and grow relationships with strategic and high-value clients.
- · Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures with prospective and existing clients.
- · Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals, presentations, and business solutions to clients.
- · Monitor sales pipeline performance and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.
- · Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- · Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- · Collaborate with internal departments including operations, finance, product, and customer service teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- · Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, pipeline reports, and account activity records.
- · Support pricing strategies and commercial planning initiatives.
- · Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities.
- · Build long-term business relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- · Handle client escalations and ensure professional resolution of commercial and operational concerns.
- · Contribute to the development of sales processes, commercial standards, and market positioning strategies.
- · Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to junior sales team members when required.

- · Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- · Revenue growth from new and existing clients.
- · Growth in market share within assigned territory or industry.
- · Number and value of new business opportunities generated.
- · Sales pipeline conversion rate.
- · Client retention and contract renewal rates.
- · Accuracy of sales forecasting and reporting.
- · Customer satisfaction and relationship management performance.

- **Qualifications & Requirements**
- · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- · 5–7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management.
- · Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- · Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- · Experience managing strategic or enterprise-level clients.
- · Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
- · Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- · Experience in service-based or B2B industries is preferred.
- · Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- · Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
