Role Description

The Senior Sales Manager at Dubai Magazine is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

This role is responsible for leading advertising and sponsorship sales, managing key client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across print and digital platforms.

Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with agencies and direct clients.

The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and operations teams to create integrated media packages and ensure client campaigns are delivered effectively.

The role also involves monitoring sales performance, forecasting revenue, and providing leadership and coaching to junior sales team members.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in media, advertising, or publishing sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in building and managing client relationships, including key account management and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, including pipeline management, forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Skill in preparing persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print advertising products, sponsorships, and integrated marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring or supervising sales professionals, is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
