Position Overview

Dayf is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to lead B2B sales and corporate partnerships across our growing portfolio of short-term and extended-stay residential units.

This role is critical in driving occupancy, securing long-stay contracts, and building strategic partnerships with corporate clients, relocation agencies, and real estate developers.

Key Responsibilitiesrevenue & Sales

  • Drive B2B sales across Dayf’s residential and extended-stay portfolio
  • Secure long-stay contracts, corporate bookings, and bulk agreements
  • Achieve occupancy and revenue targets across assigned properties
  • Secure partnership deals with major real estate developers

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Build relationships with corporate clients, relocation firms, travel agencies, and real estate developers
  • Identify new demand channels and partnerships

Commercial Execution

  • Conduct client meetings, property tours, and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
  • Manage key accounts and repeat business

Pipeline & Strategy

  • Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts
  • Provide market insights and demand trends
  • Collaborate with operations and revenue management

Kpis

  • Occupancy rate
  • Corporate contracts signed
  • Average length of stay
  • Revenue per unit
  • Pipeline value
  • Number of units under management

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in B2B sales (hospitality / real estate)
  • Proven track record closing corporate contracts
  • Strong network in Saudi market
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) to manage pipeline and reporting
  • Openness to adopting AI-driven tools and automation to improve sales productivity
  • Ability to leverage digital tools (CRM, automation, AI) to scale outreach and improve conversion rates
