Overview

Support the Area Sales Manager in driving sales growth and market development for Powder Coatings products within the Jeddah region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, identify business opportunities, and leverage Jotun s sales tools and value-selling approach to achieve budgeted sales, gross margins and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets.

The position is based in Jeddah and reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets by managing strategic customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving value within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute customer account plans by identifying business needs, prioritizing opportunities, and coordinating resources to drive customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
  • Monitor project execution, deliveries, and account performance, proactively resolving commercial issues to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
  • Promote products, services, and solutions to owners and consultants through regular visits, presentations, and follow up activities.
  • Track and influence projects within assigned territories and market segments to drive business opportunities and support the achievement of sales objectives.
