Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and meeting revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that align with clients’ needs. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and provide regular progress reports to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Sales and Business Development, with an ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • minimum 5 years experinxe in Service related such as Big4, Business Consulting, IT consulting
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and sales strategy development.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related fields is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and travel as necessary for client meetings.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
