About This Role

Senior Sales Executive – Fit-Out & Furniture Hardware (6–10 Years’ Experience)

GLOCHAR is a leading provider of electrified shop fitting solutions with over 15 years of industry experience, delivering high-quality, and innovative products for modern retail environments. Through our innovative brand GLOE, we offer cutting-edge electrified shop fitting systems that bring functionality, flexibility, and elegant design to retail spaces.

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially astute Senior Sales Executive to lead key accounts, drive strategic growth, and expand across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic business development across joineries, fit-out contractors, retailers, and interior design firms
  • Own and grow key accounts while developing long-term client partnerships
  • Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including high-value project acquisition and closure
  • Identify and capitalize on large-scale project opportunities and upcoming developments
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Position GLOCHAR / GLOE solutions as preferred products in major projects and specifications
  • Conduct high-level client presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members when required
  • Maintain a strong project pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive
  • Ensure strong financial discipline, including pricing strategy and timely collections

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in fit-out hardware / furniture hardware sales
  • Strong and established network with key industry stakeholders
  • Proven track record in handling high-value, project-based sales
  • Ability to independently manage key accounts and drive revenue growth
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to influence clients and internal teams
  • Highly target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
  • UAE Driving License required

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: AED 6,000–10,000 per month, plus commission

Company-sponsored visa and medical insurance

Company vehicle provided for business use

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
