Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Senior Sales Executive.
The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with educational institutions, partners, and enterprise clients.
Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and outreach, leading product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
The role also involves developing and executing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings.
The Senior Sales Executive will represent Phoenix Global Education at virtual events and meetings, fostering long-term relationships that support the company’s global expansion.
Qualifications
- Strong background in B2B sales, preferably in education, edtech, SaaS, or technology-driven services.
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, solution-selling, and closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional stakeholders, partners, and senior decision-makers.
- Comfort with remote work, virtual presentations, and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to sales plans and growth targets.
- Familiarity with international education, student recruitment, or global mobility is highly beneficial.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
