SELECTED is currently partnering with a fast growing Financial Services company in Dubai that is looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive to join their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years plus of enterprise sales experience and people who managing strategic client relationships whilst continuing to drive new business growth across the UAE market.
The position will involve a strong focus on Account Management (approximately 70%) alongside New Business Development activities targeting large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts
- Build long term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities across existing clients
- Drive new business acquisition within large enterprise organisations
- Lead complex B2B sales cycles from initial engagement through to close
- Work closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain strong market awareness across the Financial Services landscape
Requirements
- Experience within B2B enterprise sales
- Background within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, Banking or related sectors preferred
- Strong track record managing high value client relationships
- Experience selling into large enterprise organisations
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Based in Dubai or open to relocating to the UAE
