Their tradition in the pearl diving community is inherited from their ancestors, making them a reputable and trusted name in the industry.
Role Description
- We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive for our Al Mahmood Pearls boutique at Harvey Nichols, Doha Festival City.
- The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Managing and upselling to new and existing clients
- Developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets
- Collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales strategies
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in line with company guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous fine jewellery sales experience in luxury retail (mandatory)
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Client Management, and Business Development
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Arabic and English speaking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the pearl industry or luxury goods market is a plus
