Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in electrical, digital, or building systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in project‐based environments.
- Established network of contacts with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
- Strong understanding of electrical and digital system specifications and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
- Self‐motivated, results‐driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new project opportunities across the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility and compliance.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales initiatives.
- Provide pre‐sales technical support and product demonstrations as needed.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate project handover to implementation teams ensuring smooth transition.
- Report sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.
