Summary Of The Role
- Support the Area Sales Manager in driving sales growth and market development for Powder Coatings products within the Jeddah region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, identify business opportunities, and leverage Jotun’s sales tools and value-selling approach to achieve budgeted sales, gross margins and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets.
- The position is based in Jeddah and reports to the Area Sales Manager.**Responsibilities:**
- Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets by managing strategic customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving value within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute customer account plans by identifying business needs, prioritizing opportunities, and coordinating resources to drive customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
- Monitor project execution, deliveries, and account performance, proactively resolving commercial issues to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
- Promote products, services, and solutions to owners and consultants through regular visits, presentations, and follow up activities.
- Track and influence projects within assigned territories and market segments to drive business opportunities and support the achievement of sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
