Summary Of The Role

• As an HSEQ Specialist, you will help create a safe, compliant, and high-quality workplace by providing expert guidance on Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) practices and ensuring all operations meet legal and corporate standards.
• This role reports to the HSEQ Manager and is based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.**Responsibilities:**
• Implement and maintain HSEQ policies and management systems in line with legal requirements, Jotun standards, International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH) regulations.
• Manage HSEQ documentation and records, ensuring audit readiness and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate and support HSEQ projects and initiatives with Element Owners to improve safety, quality, and environmental performance.
• Deliver HSEQ training and awareness programs to build a strong safety culture and ensure compliance.
• Monitor, review, and continuously improve the HSEQ management system to maintain certification and regulatory compliance.

• We are looking for a candidate who:
• Bachelor’s degree in safety engineering or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ISO, IOSH, NEBOSH IGC, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HSE reporting systems or digital tools.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in HSEQ or a related role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
