Role Description
- The Sales Engineer role is essential in connecting our cutting-edge products with client needs.
- This position requires a mix of technical knowledge and sales skills, allowing you to effectively showcase our solutions to potential customers.
- Join a collaborative team committed to excellence and innovation.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Engage clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries effectively.
- Work with the sales team to develop strategic plans that align with customer requirements.
- Offer post-sale support to ensure successful product implementation.
- Prepare technical documentation and proposals that highlight our products' value.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collect customer feedback to help improve our product offerings.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to develop customized solutions for clients
- Expertise in Technical Support, particularly in resolving client issues related to MV and LV cable accessories
- Strong Communication skills for presenting solutions effectively and building lasting client relationships
- Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and trust
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3-6 Years experience in Sales.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
