Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer with a strong background selling industrial piping and fittings with a proven track record in B2B sales across the GCC region.
The ideal candidate is technical, driven, and capable of building long-term relationships with clients in sectors such as oil & gas, energy, and construction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned regional sales plan for piping and fittings, including revenue, gross margin, and order intake targets
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across EPC contractors and end-users for assigned region
- Lead the tender and RFQ cycle end-to-end: qualification, technical clarifications, pricing strategy, commercial negotiation, and contract closure
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM; deliver accurate forecasting and monthly performance reporting
- Coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, QA/QC, and logistics to ensure technical compliance, and on-time delivery
- Monitor regional project pipeline; advise on stocking, sourcing, and inventory positioning
- Mentor and develop junior sales and inside-sales staff as assigned
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, client events, and project kick-off meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6 years of profitable sales experience in industrial piping materials in the GCC region. UAE sales experience within the industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of flanges, fittings, and pipe systems (SS and CS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and chase ambitious company targets.
