Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager – Piping and Fittings, based in Dubai Industrial City, United Arab Emirates.

The Sales Manager will own commercial performance for a regional segment of our industrial piping portfolio – carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel pipes, flanges, fittings, and valves.

The role combines strategic account leadership, tender and contract negotiation, and direct ownership of revenue, margin, and order-intake targets, working with EPC contractors, end-users, and project consultants in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and water sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned regional sales plan for piping and fittings, including revenue, gross margin, and order intake targets
  • Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across EPC contractors and end-users for assigned region
  • Lead the tender and RFQ cycle end-to-end: qualification, technical clarifications, pricing strategy, commercial negotiation, and contract closure
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM; deliver accurate forecasting and monthly performance reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, QA/QC, and logistics to ensure technical compliance, and on-time delivery
  • Monitor regional project pipeline; advise on stocking, sourcing, and inventory positioning
  • Mentor and develop junior sales and inside-sales staff as assigned
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, client events, and project kick-off meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in industrial piping, flanges, fittings, and valves, with demonstrable closure of project orders in the GCC oil & gas, petrochemical, or power sectors.
  • Established commercial network with procurement, project management, and engineering teams at operators and major EPC contractors.
  • Proven track record of leading tender strategy and negotiating large-value contracts under EPC commercial terms.
  • Fluent business English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • UAE driving licence required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
