Senior Sales Engineer role with a Dubai fire-protection company supplying, installing, rectifying, and maintaining fire-fighting and fire-alarm systems.
The position focuses on sales, business development, client relationships, and AMC contracts.
Responsibilities
- Develop business and sell fire-protection products, installation work, rectification services, and AMC contracts.
- Approach clients and industry partners; prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Visit sites, assess client requirements, and coordinate solutions with the technical team.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, close deals, maintain client relationships, and generate repeat business.
- Identify AMC renewals, upgrades, and rectification opportunities; achieve sales targets and report results.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to support customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- College diploma in engineering or a related technical field and at least five years' relevant UAE fire-fighting and fire-alarm industry experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire-fighting and fire-alarm systems, installation, rectification, and maintenance.
- Proven sales and business development experience, including securing AMC contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills; able to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory; established industry relationships are an advantage.
