Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer, based in Dubai.
The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing client relationships, and delivering solutions to meet customer needs.
Daily tasks include presenting proposals to clients, addressing technical inquiries, collaborating with the engineering and sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role requires combining technical expertise with strong sales acumen to contribute to business growth and project success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering, with an ability to assess and propose technical solutions tailored to client requirements
- Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting to effectively resolve issues and assist with product implementation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Proven experience in Sales with the ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with architectural products and ISO standards is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the Middle East market is a plus
