About This Role
Position: Senior Sales Engineer
📍 Location: DIP 2, Dubai
We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer with strong techno-commercial experience in mechanical / industrial product sales.
The ideal candidate should have experience in core product sales , preferably related to gas turbine auxiliary products , and must be confident in handling client visits, lead generation, and sales growth across UAE and GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
• Identify new business opportunities in assigned markets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Conduct regular customer visits across UAE and GCC
• Generate leads from existing and new customers
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of sales experience
• Experience in industrial / mechanical product sales
• Gas turbine auxiliary product sales experience preferred
• Strong techno-commercial skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Arabic language knowledge is an advantage
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Willing to travel within UAE and GCC countries
• Flexible to work based on business requirements
