We’re Hiring: Production Engineer – Power Generation Equipment
We are currently partnering with a leading global organization in the energy sector to identify a skilled
Production Engineer
to support manufacturing and assembly operations for advanced power generation systems.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of critical equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators within a high-tech production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing, welding, and assembly processes
- Ensure adherence to strict quality standards, including ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- Manage and resolve non-conformities in production components
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Provide hands-on technical support on the shop floor to resolve assembly challenges
- Drive continuous improvement in production flow and operational efficiency
- Contribute to projects related to advanced energy systems, including next-generation turbine technologies
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in manufacturing/production engineering within heavy industry or energy sector
- Exposure to gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, or similar rotating equipment is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of quality standards, production processes, and industrial safety practices
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in high-precision, engineering-driven environments
