About This Role
We are hiring Senior Sales & Business Development Agents to support the growth of a leading holiday homes and property management operation in the UAE.
The role focuses on acquiring new apartments and buildings, developing strong relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, and real estate partners, and expanding the company’s managed property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach landlords, property owners, building representatives, and developers for new property acquisition opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships to support long-term portfolio growth.
- Present the company’s holiday homes and property management services professionally to potential partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and onboarding requirements with property owners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new apartments and buildings.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential properties and provide regular updates on business development activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and landlord expectations within the UAE holiday homes and real estate market.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property acquisition, holiday homes, property management, or business development.
- Strong network with landlords, developers, property owners, or real estate brokers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of the UAE property market, especially Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Professional appearance and confident client-facing personality.
