Overview

We are hiring a

Corporate Sales Reservation Agent

to support the growth of our mid and long-term rental business within the holiday homes and serviced apartment sector.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, HR departments, travel managers, and business partners requiring furnished apartments for employees, executives, consultants, and long-stay guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage corporate accounts for mid and long-term furnished apartment rentals.
  • Build relationships with companies, HR teams, relocation firms, travel agencies, and corporate housing providers.
  • Identify business opportunities for monthly and extended-stay bookings.
  • Present available furnished apartments and accommodation solutions to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate corporate rates, payment terms, and long-stay rental conditions.
  • Coordinate with reservations, pricing, and operations teams to ensure smooth booking and guest experience.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of corporate leads and provide regular sales activity updates.
  • Monitor market demand from corporate clients, hotel apartments, and serviced residences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in corporate sales, hotel apartments, serviced apartments, long-stay accommodation, hospitality, or real estate leasing.
  • Experience with hotel apartments or long-stay rentals is highly preferred.
  • Strong corporate network and ability to build B2B relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Target-driven, professional, and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of the UAE hospitality, real estate, or corporate housing market.
