Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
• Recommend properties and investment opportunities based on client needs.
• Conduct viewings, presentations, and consultations; advise on locations, prices, trends, payment plans, and developments.
• Build relationships with buyers, landlords, investors, and international clients.
• Generate leads through company sources, referrals, networking, prospecting, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Manage client follow-ups, offers, negotiations, documentation, listings, and client records.
• Stay informed about projects, property values, and market developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth client experience.

Desired candidate profile

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, business development, luxury retail, banking, automotive, hospitality, or other client-facing sales is preferred.
• UAE real estate experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, client-handling, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident with local and international clients and investors; target-driven, self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused.
• Able to generate leads independently and comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
• Good English communication is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Candidates based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi may apply.

Commission and support

• Commission earnings are advertised up to 50%; no compensation cadence is specified.
