The company describes providing leads, property listings, CRM and sales tools, marketing and administrative support, and training.
Your role
- Connect with buyers, investors, and property seekers.
- Understand client needs and match them with suitable opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Guide clients through negotiations and closing processes.
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi market trends and projects.
Candidate profile
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Confidence in dealing with clients and following up consistently.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work full-time in Abu Dhabi.
Compensation and support
- The posting describes a competitive commission structure and potential commission earnings up to 50%.
