PSI is expanding its off-plan sales team and hiring experienced Property Consultants, Real Estate Agents, and Real Estate Sales Consultants.
The role serves an international client base and is based at the company's Reem Island and Saadiyat Island offices in Abu Dhabi.
Role focus
- Conduct off-plan property sales and build client relationships with local and international customers.
- Work with qualified company-generated leads and may participate in international roadshows.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in off-plan sales, real estate brokerage, or property consultancy.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English plus one or more of the listed languages: Russian, Mandarin Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Ukrainian, or Arabic.
- UAE real estate market knowledge is preferred; RERA certification is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with confidence serving high-net-worth and international clients.
Support and development
- Visa and medical insurance are provided upon joining.
- Commission-based role with commission up to 50%; no base salary.
- Company-generated leads, marketing and administrative support, and official UAE broker license support are offered.
