The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, large to mid-size corporates, and commercial clients (SMEs), and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally
We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Transaction Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include :
- Responsible for TB Revenue generation by building and executing an ambition business plan, aligned with CIBG’s growth objectives. The role requires driving wallet share amongst Cash Management, Trade Finance & Escrow product lines.
- This role covers a varied portfolio allocation spanning clients in the International Segment
- Providing advice on complex Transaction Banking solutions, identify new opportunities in market to cross TB products and solution.
- Build and grow interpersonal relationships at senior levels, and manage internal stakeholders to deliver TB product and services. Stakeholder management includes both internal and external parties.
- Provide business insights, identify bottlenecks and work with various departments of the bank such as Service, Operations, Product, Risk & credit.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in Transaction Banking products and solutions.
- Adept at working in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience in successfully winning complex & high-ticket transaction banking mandates is a benefit
- Interpretation of balance sheets/spreadsheets.
