Position summary
Join a wealth management team serving qualified investors and HNWI clients at a UAE company licensed by the FSRA.
The role is part of a strategic initiative focused on capital markets and client service.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire qualified investor clients, including HNWIs, through business development, networks, and referrals.
- Manage HNWI client relationships and portfolios, provide tailored guidance, coordinate market insights, and grow AUM.
- Cross-sell brokerage products and meet targets for new accounts, client AUM, and trading volume.
- Track pipeline, client activity, and KPIs in the CRM; report accurately and share market insights with senior leadership.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 8 years of sales experience in a regulated brokerage, private bank, or wealth management firm across international capital markets.
- Demonstrated success acquiring and managing HNWI clients.
- In-depth knowledge of ADGM or equivalent regulation, such as DFSA, FCA, or SEC; ADGM 3A license-holder experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of global financial markets and investment products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- CFA or CISI qualifications are preferred; an existing GCC HNWI network is highly desirable.
