Position summary
The company is building a wealth management team serving UHNW clients and seeking a founding team member with capital-markets expertise.
Responsibilities
- Acquire Qualified Investor Clients and HNWIs through prospecting, business development, professional networks, and referrals.
- Manage HNWI relationships, understand financial goals, provide tailored guidance, and collaborate with internal teams for market insights.
- Grow AUM and revenue through brokerage-product cross-selling and targets for accounts, assets, and trading volume.
- Maintain CRM pipeline, client activity, KPI reporting, and share market insights with senior leadership.
Qualifications and experience
- 8+ years of sales experience in regulated brokerage, private banking, or wealth management across international capital markets.
- Proven record acquiring and managing HNWI clients; strong knowledge of global markets and investment products.
- Knowledge of ADGM or equivalent regulation such as DFSA, FCA, or SEC; ADGM 3A license-holder experience is a significant advantage.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- CFA, CISI, or other relevant financial qualifications are preferred; a GCC HNWI contact network is highly desirable.
