We are excited to welcome a Digital Learning Partner to National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah PSC, where you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance our digital learning strategy.
Your role will be pivotal in driving employee development and ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital learning content, ensuring it aligns with business goals and employee needs.
- Implement AI-powered learning solutions to personalize and enhance the learning journey.
- Collaborate with experts and stakeholders to identify training gaps and create relevant materials.
- Manage learning partnerships, negotiating contracts for external training programs.
- Maintain a user-friendly Learning Experience Platform (LXP) for seamless learning.
- Evaluate and assess digital learning initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital learning and AI to enhance our offerings.
- Provide guidance and support to employees, helping them navigate and maximize their learning potential.
- Work closely with the L&D team to integrate digital learning into our overall training strategy.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital learning or instructional design, with a corporate focus.
- Strong knowledge of AI and its applications in L&D, with hands-on experience in implementation.
- Familiarity with LXP platforms and a good understanding of LMS functionalities.
- Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative and innovative approach to developing engaging learning content.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven problem-solving approach.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, willing to take initiative.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
