Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning content, ensuring it aligns with business goals and employee needs.
• Implement AI-powered learning solutions to personalize and enhance the learning journey.
• Collaborate with experts and stakeholders to identify training gaps and create relevant materials.
• Manage learning partnerships, negotiating contracts for external training programs.
• Maintain a user-friendly Learning Experience Platform (LXP) for seamless learning.
• Evaluate and assess digital learning initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital learning and AI to enhance our offerings.
• Provide guidance and support to employees, helping them navigate and maximize their learning potential.
• Work closely with the L&D team to integrate digital learning into our overall training strategy.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital learning or instructional design, with a corporate focus.
• Strong knowledge of AI and its applications in L&D, with hands-on experience in implementation.
• Familiarity with LXP platforms and a good understanding of LMS functionalities.
• Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Creative and innovative approach to developing engaging learning content.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven problem-solving approach.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, willing to take initiative.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
