Senior Relationship Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, finance companies, and alternative lenders.
• Identify suitable lenders based on client financing requirements, credit profile, and proposed security.
• Present financing proposals and manage discussions with relationship, credit, and product teams.
• Coordinate lender due diligence, address credit queries, and oversee application requirements.
• Negotiate facility terms, pricing, security arrangements, and conditions.
• Drive transactions through approval, documentation, and disbursement, resolving issues and communicating with all parties.

Candidate requirements

• At least four years' experience as a Relationship Manager within UAE banks; five or more years is preferred.
• Relevant experience in corporate, commercial, or SME lending.
• Demonstrated track record of executing financing transactions through disbursement.
• Established UAE banking relationships and ability to engage relevant lending teams.
• Strong knowledge of credit assessment, financial statements, facility structures, and security requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and transaction management skills.
• Relationship Manager experience within UAE banks is mandatory.
