Partners identify requirements for capital or strategic transaction support and introduce relevant opportunities.
Origination Scope
- Introduce mandates involving development and project finance, corporate and acquisition finance, private credit, and structured debt.
- Originate refinancing, restructuring, growth capital, equity, joint venture, real estate, hospitality, business disposal, and asset disposal opportunities.
- Tammwil assesses, structures, and executes accepted mandates with suitable financial and strategic counterparties.
Partner Profile
- Relevant backgrounds may include banking, relationship management, corporate finance, investment, accounting, law, financial advisory, brokerage, family offices, consulting, or sector specialization.
- Applicants should have established professional relationships and be positioned to originate relevant opportunities.
- Applicants should share their professional background, principal markets, sectors, and opportunity types.
Commercial Terms
- Origination partners receive 10%–15% of Tammwil’s collected success fee on transactions they introduce and that successfully complete.
- Each partnership is formalized through an agreement covering referral recognition, confidentiality, non-circumvention, commercial terms, and payment arrangements.
