About The Role
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Recruiter** to manage end-to-end recruitment for **business support and administrative roles**.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across HR, finance, operations, and office management functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and headhunting.
- Conduct interviews and shortlist qualified profiles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and improve processes.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in business support or corporate functions.
- Proven experience in headhunting and talent mapping.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Based in the UAE or familiar with the GCC market.
