- In this role, you will:
- Recruit and hire CDL drivers across the U.S.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with drivers
- Manage leads, applications, and daily follow-ups
- Guide drivers through the entire hiring and onboarding process
- Work closely with Safety, Operations, and Dispatch teams
- Help improve recruiting strategies and bring fresh ideas
- Keep recruiting organized, efficient, and goal-oriented
- We are looking for someone who can move fast, stay organized, and create a positive experience for every driver they speak with.
Skills
- Strong experience in trucking or transportation recruiting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, motivated, and results-driven personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills
- Professional phone and messaging communication
- Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with recruiting systems, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
- English required
- Additional languages are a strong advantage
