Senior Real Estate Sales Executive
About This Role
Job Introduction
Handle incoming client inquiries professionally and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
Present real estate properties to clients, clearly explaining features and matching options with client needs.
Prepare sales contracts, agreements, and all required documentation for property transactions.
Guide clients through legal and administrative processes related to buying and selling properties.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including negotiations.
Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain a strong presence in the market.
Ensure a smooth, organized, and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process.
Build long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business and referrals.
Job Experience
Completed higher education.
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to protect and represent company interests.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Results-driven mindset with flexibility to adapt to client needs.
