We are only interested in agents who have successfully closed real estate deals in Dubai.
If you don’t have proven closings, market knowledge, and a strong network, this role will not be the right fit.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate
- Track record of multiple closed transactions
- Strong network of investors and end-users
- Skilled negotiator with a closing mindset
- Self-driven with the ability to generate your own leads
- Ambitious, target-oriented, and financially motivated
Your Responsibilities
- Close high-value sales and leasing deals
- Work across off-plan and secondary market properties
- Source and manage serious buyers and investors
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain a professional, results-focused approach
