Senior Real Estate Admin
About This Role
We are a Dubai-based real estate company with an office in Business Bay, Dubai , hiring a Senior Real Estate Admin / Operations Executive with proven, hands-on Dubai real estate experience.
This is a full-time, office-based role . This is not a general admin position. If your background is outside Dubai real estate operations, this role is not for you.
We need someone who understands Dubai real estate operations from A to Z , including documentation, transactions, leasing, building operations, portals, and day-to-day property management. The right candidate must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
Non-Negotiable Requirement
- Direct experience working in a Dubai real estate brokerage, developer-related company, property management company, or real estate operations role
- Strong practical understanding of real estate documentation, transaction flow, leasing processes, and compliance
- Ability to solve problems and manage operations independently
Core Responsibilities
Real Estate Documentation & Transactions
- Preparing, reviewing, and managing all real estate documents including Form A, Form B, A2A, MOUs, NOCs, listing documents, buyer & seller packs, tenancy documents, and developer booking forms
- Understanding when each document is required, who signs what, and proper legal procedures
- Coordinating deals from listing stage until transfer / handover stage
- Preventing common documentation and transaction mistakes
Leasing & Tenant Management
- Preparing tenancy contracts and handling renewals
- Managing Ejari portal registrations, renewals, cancellations, and updates
- Coordinating cheques , cheque collection, cheque deposits, and payment tracking
- Managing tenant communication, move-ins, move-outs, notices, and general tenant issues
- Coordinating contract renewals and rental administration
Property & Building Operations
- Coordinating with Emrill or other facility management providers for maintenance and building operations
- Following up on building matters such as lift maintenance, pool cleaning, common area maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and service requests
- Monitoring operational issues within managed buildings or units and ensuring resolution
Developer & Listing Management
- Registering company and agents with developers
- Managing developer portals, booking procedures, commission rules, and required documentation
- Coordinating availability, pricing, payment plans, and booking confirmations
- Managing seller-side documentation and listings
Market Knowledge & Compliance
- Confident use of Property Finder , Bayut , and similar platforms
- Understanding off-plan vs ready , freehold vs leasehold , primary vs secondary market
- Strong awareness of RERA-related requirements , compliance standards, and deal risk points
Who We Are NOT Looking For
- Fresh graduates
- General admin candidates without Dubai real estate experience
- Candidates whose real estate experience is limited only to sales calls
- Anyone who needs training for basic Dubai real estate processes
Working Details
📍 Location: Business Bay, Dubai (On-site)
🕘 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
