RLB Middle East is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor for landmark projects across the region.
The role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The successful candidate will bring commercial judgement and consultancy experience to advise clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 10 years of quantity surveying and commercial-management experience, including complex, high-value projects across multiple sectors.
- Current MRICS qualification and RICS professional membership are essential.
- Aviation-sector project experience is essential; residential development exposure is advantageous.
- Strong consultancy, cost-management, valuation, client-facing, stakeholder-management, and advisory expertise is sought.
- Candidates should demonstrate leadership and commercial acumen, including the ability to lead deliverables, manage multidisciplinary teams, and influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project deliverables and support successful outcomes on complex, high-value projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Deliver quantity surveying, commercial management, cost-management, and valuation work.
