FPA Data Automation Analyst

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Build scalable reporting frameworks for a fast-growing business.
• Extract, transform, and load ERP data for business reporting, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Manage and maintain routine finance and organization-wide process automation workflows using Alteryx.
• Develop and maintain models for long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including multi-jurisdiction cash-flow modeling.
• Partner with business teams to understand their needs and develop standardized commercial tools for data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and integrity across multiple source systems.

Experience and Education

• Proven FP&A track record with significant finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in a consultancy organization with multiple currencies.
• Strong finance education and experience in the wider finance team outside FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, Power Query, and VBA, with ability to automate manual work.

Tools and Communication

• Strong experience with ETL and tools such as Alteryx, Knime, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent data communication and presentation skills for financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Project Operations and ERP implementation experience is desirable.
