Role scope
- Advise clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply quantity surveying and commercial management expertise across construction projects.
Experience and education
- Minimum five years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management across construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Working towards RICS or another recognised professional body’s accreditation.
- Consultancy experience with exposure to cost management, valuations, contract administration, and commercial reporting.
Skills and project experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships.
- Sound commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in aviation, residential, commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
