• .Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or Contracts Management is an advantage

• eMinimum 10–15 years of Quantity Surveying experience within Civil Contracting companies
• .At least 5 years in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role handling post-contract activities
• .Proven experience in high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, and villa developments
• .UAE/GCC construction experience is mandatory
• .Strong exposure to main contractor environments
• .Technical Competencie
• sExpert knowledge of post-contract quantity surveying functions
• .Strong understanding of FIDIC and standard forms of construction contracts

Experience

• in cost reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• .Proficient in measurement and valuation of civil, structural, and architectural works
• .Ability to prepare and assess variation orders, claims, and extension of time submissions
• .

Experience

• in subcontract procurement, administration, and final account settlement
• .Knowledge of contractual correspondence and commercial risk management
• .Strong understanding of project costs, BOQs, specifications, and construction drawings
• .Key Responsibilitie
• sManage all post-contract commercial and quantity surveying activities across assigned projects
• .Monitor project budgets, cost performance, and profitability
• .Prepare monthly valuations, cost reports, and commercial dashboards
• .Evaluate subcontractor applications, variations, and final accounts
• .Identify cost-saving opportunities and commercial risks
• .Prepare, negotiate, and substantiate variation claims with consultants and clients
• .Review and certify subcontractor payments and work progress
• .Lead final account negotiations and project close-out activities
• .Coordinate with project managers, planning engineers, procurement teams, and finance departments
• .Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company commercial procedures
