The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects within the company.
This role involves coordination, standardization, and management of BIM activities, ensuring efficient collaboration among project teams, and staying abreast of emerging trends in BIM technologies.

BIM Implementation and Coordination
- Develop and implement BIM standards, BEP, protocols, and workflows for projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate BIM processes into the project lifecycle.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to BIM implementation.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM models and data.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with established BIM standards.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of BIM processes and standards.
- Prepare reports on BIM implementation progress and challenges.
- Primary Deliverables: (delivered by employee):
- Precise and On Time submission of any type of documents/reports/data.
- Complete tasks efficiently and stay within budget as part of your job responsibilities
- Secondary Deliverables: (delivered to other parties):
- Provide input to other departments or parties as needed on time.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models.
- Conduct regular training sessions for project teams on BIM software and workflows.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate BIM into project schedules.
General Responsibilities
- Adhere to company policies, code of conduct, conflict of interest, standards, rules and regulations at all times.
- Always prioritize keeping employee information and sensitive data confidential
- Prioritize and ensure full compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies established by the company.
- Accurate and On Time submissions of balanced scorecards.
- Maintain supportive documentation to substantiate the actual performance for all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
Knowledge & Experience
- 7-10 Years with main contractor.
- 15 Years in Industry.
- 7-10 Years in Management role.
- 5 years minimum UAE & GCC experience mandatory.
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
- In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and protocols.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software.
- Familiarity with construction project documentation and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
