Quantity Surveyor - MEP Specialized
This is a part-time, remotely role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor-MEP based in Abu Dhabi.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor-MEP will be responsible for managing all aspects of MEP project cost estimation, control, and reporting.
Key responsibilities
include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning and management, overseeing cost control processes, and generating timely cost reports.
Interaction with project teams and clients to ensure budgets are maintained and contractual obligations are met is a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
- Experience in preparing and managing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Skills in accurate Cost Reporting and Budget Analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants, and clients
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in high-end residential or commercial construction is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant project and cost management software
