- Develop, implement, and maintain

- Review, evaluate, and approve
- civil material submittals
- , including concrete, asphalt, steel, aggregates, and other construction materials.
- Conduct
- material inspections, testing, and site surveillance
- to ensure quality compliance.
- Coordinate with laboratories for
- material testing and certification

- Review and approve
- method statements and technical documentation
- related to civil works and materials.
- Perform
- internal audits and quality inspections
- to monitor and improve project quality performance.
- Identify non-conformances (NCRs) and ensure
- corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- are effectively implemented.
- Monitor all
- inspection and testing activities
- throughout project phases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date
- QA/QC documentation and records
- .
- Liaise with
- clients, consultants, and project teams
- on all quality-related matters.
- Lead, guide, and mentor QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
- Participate in
- project handover, testing & commissioning, and close-out documentation

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Civil Engineering
- (preferred) or related field.
- Minimum
- 10+ years of QA/QC experience
- in the construction industry.
- Strong experience in
- civil materials inspection and testing
- .
- Proven experience in
- quality documentation, submittals, and reporting
- .
- Excellent
- analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- .
- Strong
- communication and leadership abilities
- .
