Overview
- Install, maintain, and repair split AC, window AC, package units, and centralized HVAC systems.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in air conditioning systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Check compressors, refrigerant levels, thermostats, motors, and electrical connections.
- Ensure proper functioning of chillers, FCU, and AHU systems.
- Respond to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and service records.
- Diploma/ITI in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
- Experience in Facility Management or maintenance projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
