- Manage and maintain all company and project-related documents.
- Ensure proper filing, recording, and tracking of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain document control registers and logs.
- Coordinate with departments, consultants, and subcontractors regarding document submissions and approvals.
- Ensure all documents are updated, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Prepare reports and assist in administrative documentation tasks.
- Handle confidential documents with integrity and professionalism.
- Follow company document control procedures and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
- Experience in construction or engineering companies is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Must be fluent in
