Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) who will take full ownership of product and process quality across all operational streams.

This role is not just about compliance checks, but about building a culture of excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will work closely with operations, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure every output meets the highest internal and external standards.

Quality Framework Ownership: Develop and maintain company wide quality assurance systems, policies, and operational standards.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies across operations and implement structured improvement initiatives to enhance performance and consistency.

Audit and Compliance: Lead internal audits and ensure alignment with regulatory, industry, and client requirements across all business units.

Team Leadership: Guide and develop QA staff, ensuring consistent execution of quality procedures and continuous skill development.

Cross Department Coordination: Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure quality standards are embedded in all workflows.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor key quality metrics and provide clear reports and insights to senior management for decision making.

6 plus years in Quality Assurance, Operations Quality, or Process Management with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

Track Record: Demonstrated experience in building or improving QA systems in operational or supply chain driven environments.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of quality frameworks, process mapping, and operational auditing tools.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Mindset: Detail oriented, structured, and proactive with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
